Traject legal

Privacy

Traject is designed for private, owner-scoped planning. This page explains the data the current product handles and the limits of that handling.

Last updated: August 14, 2026. These plain-language product terms are not legal advice or customized legal counsel.

Information you provide

When you create an account and use Traject, the product stores account details and the trajectory information, route edits, notes, and route versions you choose to save. Your signed-in account is used to scope access to your own trajectories.

How the product uses it

The product uses saved trajectory information to display your assessment, deterministically generate and maintain your route, preserve route history, and provide the signed-in experience. Traject does not currently perform external research, verification, automated decisions, or actions using your trajectory information.

Sharing and retention

The current product does not provide public profiles, social sharing, team workspaces, or third-party integrations for trajectories. Service providers required to host and operate the product may process information on Traject’s behalf. Data remains available while your account and saved records remain in the product, subject to platform operations and applicable requirements.

Your choices

You control the trajectory content you save and can revise it within the product. For account or data requests that are not available in the interface, contact the support address below. Avoid entering information you are not comfortable storing in a private online product.

Limitations

No online service can promise absolute security. Traject uses owner-scoped access controls, but you should use a strong password and protect access to your account.
